On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a toilet with a shower.
On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed and a baby bed and a toilet with a shower.
The maximum possible accommodation is 5 people.
Covered patio with garden furniture, plants and sun loungers.
Electricity and water are included in the rent.

BBQ kit provided (upon request and additional cost).

The house is really clean and nicely designed. Host responded quickly. Location is really great in terms of facilities around. Grocery shops, restaurants and coffee points (Starbucks and Costa Coffee) are right after the corner. The sea in 1 minute walk. Valery meet me in person and showed around the apartment. Notice that apartment located in the first block of the housing complex close to the main road. There's a shop next door as well. So it's not the most tranquil place in the area but I didn't have any issue with it. Also consider that hot water heat by the sun which might be a problem during winter times (or might not). Upon to my request host switched it to electricity and I did't have any problems with it. The room is heated only by air conditioning so it might be a little chilly at the ground floor and too hot on the second especially at night. In general apartment is really great and worth it's money. Just keep in mind thouse things.
Very nicely and modern furnished appartment, large maisonette space, good location close to the beach and to the main street with lot of shops and restaurants. In a few months the surrounding area of the appartment will be even nicer as soon as the renovation of the neighbouring buildings is finished.

The place was amazing, better than our expectation. The location is wow very prime area and on the beach front. The Host was very very quick to respond and guide us in, even at late hours and rainy weather. The premises was very clean and lots of extra amenities. Its has 2 full bathrooms which is amazing. The patio is very relaxing with the greenery surrounding and the proximity to the beachfront is amazing.
Super location, nice place for two
Nice location, Elena is helpful and responsive, shops very close, only downside is the cockroaches. If booking this apartment, make sure you ask when the last time the place was treated. We had the unfortunate experience of finding small cockroaches moving around the apartment. Asked for a refund for the cockroach infestation and for finding dead cockroaches underneath furniture and behind curtain as we had to leave a day early. We were with our 6 month old baby. Owner declined and gave a poor response. Had to fight very hard to get compensation for our 2 day ruined vacation. I'm sure the owner will do the right thing in the future and treat this issue with more respect and hopefully not make any future guests suffer the way we did. Thank you
The place is spacious, clean (not sparkling but sufficient), in an area still under development, thus there is some construction work around. It was a bit difficult to find the exact entrance. Shops, restaurants, etc. are all in walking distance.
Valery's place in Limassol, Cyprus was exactly as described in the Airbnb write up. The location was perfect, close to bars and cafes, 50m from the sea and beyond of the Main Street. If you are looking for somewhere close to the sea within walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes then this is the place for you. Lovely apartment with a small yard-terrace to lounge around in after a dip in the sea, and parking. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furniture is good, the kitchen staff is pleased. Also, Elena was an excellent co-host as she was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my requests. I felt very welcome with her. Special thanks to you!
